Why Rural mindset is hampering risk taking capability in young generation.

Rural mindset is quite different from urban. Urban people encourage risk taking but rural population fear risk too much. 
 
One good example: They try to have more male child so that chances of a well mannered male increases among all males. More males more the chance of having at least one well mannered male child. This well mannered child will be their insurance for old age. There are many examples of families producing more than 10 children for male child. Current trend is to have at least, two male child and one female child.
