Nobody steals pieces of cement. But if you leave technology on the ground, you can guarantee people would constantly be stealing panels off the streets, bringing them home and trying to use them for their own use. This idea is very nice and perfect if you are a dreamer.

I just came to know about youtube channels:DoeEyes and sexplanation by Dr. Lindsay Doe I thought of reviewing it myself but my words were not doing justice.
