Idea 12: India - Right to Innovation, Ideas and tinkering
Every citizen of this country should have access to an institute which promote innovation, ideas, tinkering. (Indian) people (literate or illiterate) are very good in finding easy solutions (jugaad) for their problems. We know children's mind are pure and they can think freely so they always have some solutions to problems (feasible or unfeasible), we should make use of knowledge of every citizen to find solutions to our existing problems. Every citizen should be aware of nation's problem and if possible should try to find a solution.
On same note:
I feel that in India many people have innovative ideas and many people have knowledge of making good entrepreneurs but there are few people who have great idea as well as skill to convert that idea in market product.
https://www.quirky.com/ an US company tries to solve this problem in their market and It is doing a good job in it. I think Indian market also needs this solution where one skill can help other skill. I believe that even in a small village a poor farmer has one great idea that will never see the market as product but if this type of company is implemented and marketed successfully we can connect the idea of every citizen of our country and Indian market.
