Our education system is such that it encourages learning gap between students. Once a student falls weak in his early education, the gap continue to increase and it might at some time become a reason for giving up on studies/learning. Students after graduating becomes working citizens of nation and here also same mentality prevails but as govt. tries to uplift the society through affirmative actions such as reservation, the normal student thinks its unjustified to giving favors to few people. He was never taught - to walk with others, - to help others - that it is for betterment of society that we should all rise together but instead he was taught to not help those who are weak, and trample them to get top rank in the class. So we should try to put a habit of team work from beginning. We should teach them that the journey to path of success will bring more joy if he takes others along with him. Every citizen of this country should have access to an institute which promote innovation, ideas, tinkering. (Indian) people (literate or illiterate) are very good in finding easy solutions (jugaad) for their problems. We know children's mind are pure and they can think freely so they always have some solutions to problems (feasible or unfeasible), we should make use of knowledge of every citizen to find solutions to our existing problems. Every citizen should be aware of nation's problem and if possible should try to find a solution. On same note: I feel that in India many people have innovative ideas and many people have knowledge of making good entrepreneurs but there are few people who have great idea as well as skill to convert that idea in market product. https://www.quirky.com/ an US company tries to solve this problem in their market and It is doing a good job in it. But if you leave technology on the ground, you can guarantee people would constantly be stealing panels off the streets, bringing them home and trying to use them for their own use. 1. voter would not have become confused whether to give vote to party or candidate. 2. All candidate would be fighting as independent so a newcomer would not be benefited by party name. 3. There might not be so huge and many rallies of one candidate 4. Candidate would rally only in his constituency 5. media would not have focused on single person / they would have to focus regionally 1. many People would not know about PM much 2. Would be little diff. b/w president and PM 3. Group-ism is human tendency  they would form it anyway 4. here it is not proposed how PM is elected also no mention of selection of ministers
